New Music? What?

It's true...I'm going to admit it...


I have no clue what some of the new songs are right now. No. Clue. 


You see, I live in this world of Sirius/XM and Michael Buble.


You're probably thinking...silly Erin, if you listen to Satellite radio, then you definitely know the new songs out right now. Lies. 



I don't. I don't have a clue what anybody is singing. A 22 year old girl should be in the know and I just simply am not. 


Why? Because when I listen to my satellite radio...all, and I mean all I listen to is The Bridge, which is full of all of those wonderful "oldies", the Eagles, Kenny Loggins, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, Simon and Garfunkel....well you get the point...I'm a complete nerd. Anyways, they refer to it as "mellow rock" or "soft rock" and oooo, it's just my favorite kind of music.  

So that's what my ears hear on my way to and from work...and if I listen to music at work, it's Michael Buble, every single time. I did a post a while back about my obsession with him, and it's true. My ears and I just can't get enough of him. 


We have two weekends full of roadtrips in our future and as much as Charlie loves me...I can't think realistically that I am going to get to listen to The Bridge and Michael Buble during these long car hours. 


This is where I need you! Help! Give me every favorite song you have right now and I will download it to my iPod. Give me anything! Charlie will certainly appreciate your help!


We really like any and all music so nothing will not be liked...promise! The only thing I ask you not to include is heavy rock metal :) you understand, yes? It just gives me a bit of headache is all. 


You guys are the best and I can't wait to see the songs you recommend for my little abandoned iPod. He will certainly appreciate the attention!
