I warned you a few posts back, and here it is...a post full of the festivities from this past weekend :) There really isn't much to say, so it shouldn't be that annoying of a post, that is...unless you're an Auburn fan! hehe.
I won't rave and be obnoxious about the fact that we won, but y'all...WE WON! We hadn't beat Auburn since 1951, that was a 17 year winning streak for them! It was such an exciting game, and I was so happy to be there for it.
If you've ever been to Clemson, it's no secret that it's a beautiful place...but it was especially beautiful to me this weekend. I hadn't been there since graduation in May, so my homesickness for my school was at an all time high. It was a perfect Fall weekend and my heart was so happy to be back there with my sweet friends.
Clemson is a great place, and it's full of lots of energy and pride...this video of Dabo (our head coach) from after the game encompasses so much of what I love about Clemson. Clemson is a kind of place where the orange blood runs deep...you step on to the campus and you are immediately infected with the Clemson pride. I can't say enough about how much I love that place. I am so grateful and lucky to have been able to spend 4 years there. God bless that place. Okay, I'm done :) here's the video...
I came back home last night after the game and have had a perfect Sunday resting and relaxing on the couch with Charlie!
We are getting ready to go grocery shop for the week and then to purchase some new Fall scented candles!! Yum. Yum. Yum. I love Fall!
Here are some pictures from this past weekend...
Here are some pictures from this past weekend...
All of us girls that were tailgating, were on the dance team together.
So we of course had to go see this years team.
I miss these girls so much!
I miss dancing in that end zone,
but being a fan in the stands was a BLAST!
My heart is so content and happy.
Anybody else spend their weekend cheering on their team??
P.S. Come back tomorrow if you're in to Fall television premieres!
